The Reiss website is operated by Next Retail Limited trading as Reiss under an exclusive licence from Reiss. References in these terms to “us” or “we” is a reference to Next Retail Limited trading as Reiss.

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from us. To register on the site and to place orders with us you must be aged 18 or over. By ordering goods from us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use www.reiss.com/wo/en only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

We are committed to respecting your privacy. A copy of our Privacy Policy can be found here. An electronic copy of each order is held by us but will not be accessible to you. All orders will be concluded in the English language. We may also contact you for market research purposes. You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.

We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalise our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. From time to time, we make portions of our mailing list available to carefully screened companies. If you do not want your name and mailing list made available or wish to alert us to duplicate mailings, please contact us by using this form.

Delivery date and method will be confirmed at checkout.

Shipping is currently free for all orders over 500 AED. Orders under 500 AED will be charged at 20 AED shipping per order. Your order will be despatched within 6 working days from our UK warehouse, subject to availability of the products you have ordered. Please allow extra days for delivery during local holidays, UK national holidays, weekends and sale time. We reserve the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time, but we promise to notify customers at least 14 days in advance. Changes to delivery charges will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain our property, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Some promotions are not available when checking out with Apple Pay Express Checkout.

You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your delivery for a full refund. This does not affect your rights to return faulty items. Once your return is processed, 20 AED will be deducted from your refund.

Use the returns note inside your parcel and follow the steps below:

• Please log onto the Reiss Returns Portal via https://reiss.returnsunlimited.com
• Follow the stages in the portal to create your return label. You will need your Returns Reference from the dispatch note to complete this.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your returns label which you will need to print.
• Attach the returns label that you have printed via the portal to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is not visible any more.
• On your returns note select the reason code for the item(s) you are returning.
• Tear off the completed returns note and place inside the parcel with the item(s) you are returning (this is really important as we can not action a credit/refund without it).
• You will need to choose between dropping your parcel off or requesting a collection with the local Aramex office. Once your return is processed, 20 AED will be deducted from your refund.
• Your return reference number (on the right) is your proof of postage. Please make a note of this and keep it safe until you receive confirmation you have been credited.
• You will receive a refund within 28 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.

If you do not return the item within the time specified we may retain the item(s) and/or not refund at all or refund the current or last selling price. All cosmetics, grooming products and certain jewellery can only be returned if found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund will not be given if the seal is broken unless it is faulty.

All items purchased online must be returned following the instruction above. We can not accept returns back through our stores.

We’re sorry, we don’t offer an exchange service. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us for a full refund as per our ‘Returns Policy’ and place a new order for the item(s) you want.

Our terms of sale to our customers are DDP - Delivered Duty Paid. That is to say, the amount paid by you is fully inclusive of delivery to the specified delivery address and all duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.

All prices shown are cash prices in US Dollars ($). The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 28 days and is in new, unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for details. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the website may differ from prices in Reiss stores. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.

All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.

Our designers take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

From time to time we will run promotional offers with selected partners. Unless otherwise stated:

• Offers are only available online
• Discount only applies to full priced items
• Promotional codes must be applied to your basket at the time of placing the order
• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively
• We reserve the right to withdraw such offers at any time

15% off your first app order

1. The discount will automatically be loaded to your account for customers who have not previously transacted using the Reiss App on either IOS or Android devices.
2. The discount entitles you to 15% off your first app order.
3. You must be logged into your customer account and shopping in the Reiss App to redeem the offer. The offer can only be used by the account holder. The offer is non-transferable.
4. The offer can only be used once per customer and will be valid until used, unless discontinued earlier (see point 10 below).
5. The offer cannot be used on staff purchases, delivery charges, sale items or gift vouchers.
6. Promotion discount applied will be apportioned across all qualifying items. If you have more than one unused promotion against your account please note only the one with the best cash saving will apply to your order.
7. Discount cannot be combined with other discounts. Certain multibuy and other product specific offers may still be available but this is not guaranteed. If a product specific offer is available (e.g. multibuy offer), the discount applies after the product specific offer has been applied.
8. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash and no refund or change will be given. If eligible items are returned, the offer value or a portion may be deducted from the refund or credit and may not be reused.
9. Usual delivery times, methods and charges and returns policy apply.
10. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the promotion at any time without notice and without liability.

12. This promotion is governed by English law and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.

We reserve the right to refuse to enter a contract with any individual or company.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. All contracts will be concluded in the English language.
