Our product design strategy has always been to create timeless wardrobes built around considered, versatile pieces that can be worn and enjoyed for many years, rather than following one season trends.

We recognise the increasing challenges facing our industry and the need for both individual and collective action. Our vision, Enduring Style, Responsible Business, reflects our belief in the value of responsible and considered decision making — across our product, our people and the way we operate. Our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy underpins this vision and aligns with global goals and industry good practice, enabling us to work collaboratively with partners to address environmental and social risks across the sector.

Strong governance is the foundation of our ESG programme. We hold ourselves to account through our ESG Steering Committee, which meets quarterly and is chaired by myself. This structure ensures that responsibility, transparency and continuous improvement remain central to our decision making.

OUR BUSINESS

Since its creation by David Reiss in 1971, Reiss has established a philosophy centred on creating design-led menswear, womenswear and accessories. Today, Reiss is a prominent business in the global fashion arena with products developed at our headquarters in central London. In 2025, Reiss employed 1560 colleagues across 4 countries, including 360 in Head Office and 1200 in Retail. We operate in the UK, EU, Ireland, US, Australia and Canada, across 256 stores and online channels, including wholesale, concessions, franchise shops, and websites.
