The following document outlines the Terms & Conditions for the REISS website.
Terms Correct as of February 2024
The Reiss website is operated by Next Retail Limited trading as Reiss under an exclusive licence from Reiss. References in these terms to “us” or “we” is a reference to Next Retail Limited trading as Reiss.
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from us. To register on the site and to place orders with us you must be aged 18 years old or over. By ordering goods from us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18 years old, you may use www.reiss.com/nl/en only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
Delivery date and method will be confirmed at checkout.
Shipping is currently free for all orders over €250. Orders under €250 will be charged at €10 shipping per order. Please allow extra days for delivery during local holidays, UK national holidays, weekends and sale time. We reserve the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time, but we promise to notify customers at least 14 days in advance. Changes to delivery charges will not affect orders that have already been placed.
All Sale items are subject to availability. Next day delivery is not available for Sale orders. During sale periods, please allow 14-21 days for your delivery. You will be advised of the estimated delivery date at the time of order.
Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain our property, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.
You can return any unused items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund (provided the items are in a new and unused condition) via post using the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note. Items are refunded to your card when they reach our warehouse.
Certain jewellery can only be returned if found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken unless the item is faulty.
Swimwear/Underwear - Please note, in the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on swimwear/underwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or any tickets have been broken.
Fragrance - Please note, in the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns where the fragrance packaging has been opened or damaged.
Earrings - In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns on earrings for pierced ears.

Telephone calls to and from us may be recorded or monitored as part of our efforts to further improve service to our customers.
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 28 days and is in new, unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for details. All prices shown are cash prices in Euros (€). We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered online may differ from prices in store. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.
Our designers take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days of your order. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.
The offer is valid for orders over the minimum value stated in your communication.
The offer is valid until the expiry date shown on your communication.
The offer can only be activated once the voucher PIN has been registered at www.reiss.com/nl/en . A voucher PIN can only be registered once.
The offer can only be used for purchases made online at www.reiss.com/nl/en . It is not valid for telephone transactions or in-store purchases. Redemption of the offer involves registering at www.reiss.com/nl/en.
If the order is returned, the value of the offer is non refundable.
The voucher PIN cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your voucher PIN. It will not be replaced or its value refunded if this happens.
Offer is open to residents of selected countries that are over 18 years old only.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the offer at any time.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Disturbances in the delivery due to events which are unforeseeable, unavoidable and beyond our control and for which we are not responsible, such as force majeure events, war, natural disasters or pandemics we release ourselves for the duration of this disturbance and to the extent of its effect from our duties of performance. Agreed delivery periods shall be extended by the duration of such disturbance. We must be informed of such disturbance in adequate form and immediately. Where the end of such disturbance is unforeseeable or where the disturbance lasts more than two months, either party has the right to withdraw from the contract concerned (or its services not yet fulfilled) and/or to terminate the contract without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse to enter a contract with any individual or company.

We reserve the right to refuse to enter a contract with any individual or company.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. All contracts will be concluded in the English language.
