Holiday Returns Policy
We've extended our returns period for the holidays. Any items purchased from 25th November 2016 may be returned until 4th January 2017.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s), returned to us within 28 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.
Items may also be returned to store for an exchange or gift card.
In the USA and Canada Reiss will honor a one-time price adjustment on full price merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
Swimwear - Please note, in the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or any tickets have been broken.
Fragrance - Please note, in the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns where the fragrance packaging has been opened or damaged.
Earrings - In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns on earrings for pierced ears.
Magazines - Please note, we do no offer refunds on magazines since they are exempt from cancellation rights.
Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. When trying on clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same product and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit.
