Simply return* to us for an exchange or full refund by following the steps below within 14 days of receipt. We will process your exchange or refund (excluding original delivery charge) when we receive your parcel.
- If you have an account simply sign in to the My Account section and click Orders & Returns. If you used the guest checkout when placing your order, please go to Reiss.com/guest to manage your return.
- Click on the relevant order and select the item(s) you wish to exchange/return indicating the reason for return from the drop down menu.
- Confirm your return by clicking on Create Return.
- Print the returns slip and include it with your return, taking note of your unique RN number or enclose your original packing slip with the RN number written on it.
- Send your return back via one of the two methods below safe in the knowledge that your Reiss return is winding its way back to us:
Free Returns with UPS
i. A UPS return label is included with your original Reiss online package for your convenience.
ii. Complete the label with your name, address and ZIP code and attach it to the return package.
iii. To ship your package you can take it to any UPS Store®, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, Office Depot® or Staples® location, or any UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet.
iv. To find your closest location, visit UPS.com® and select the ‘Find Locations’ link.
v. You can also schedule a pickup by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS. Please be aware you may be charged a pickup fee.
vi. We recommend that you obtain a receipt as proof of shipping and therefore drop off at a location rather than a Drop Box is suggested.
vii. To track your package, visit UPS.com and enter the “1Z” tracking number for the package, or call 1-800-PICK-UPS.
Note: UPS Drop Boxes accept packages up to 16" x 13" x 3". Do not leave packages next to the Drop Box.
