Holiday Returns Policy

We've extended our returns period for the holidays. Any items purchased from 24th November 2017 may be returned until 3rd January 2018.

 

For items purchased in our standalone stores we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or gift card for any full price merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase, providing goods are in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Sale items are eligible for an exchange or gift card only.

We regret that for hygiene reasons swimwear, fragrance, underwear and earrings are non-returnable.

Proof of purchase is required with every refund or exchange.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.

All returns & exchanges must be made in the same country in which the purchase was made.

In the USA and Canada Reiss will honor a one-time price adjustment on full price merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

 

Please note:

We are unable to refund items purchased online in store but are happy to return the items on your behalf to our warehouse.

We are unable to accept items purchased in a concession since these are subject to the host store returns policy.
