THE SUIT FITS
Each suit at Reiss has been designed around one of three key tailoring blocks. Our classic fit suit is perfect for the man who takes his style timeless, while our modern and slim fits offer more contemporary overall silhouettes. Discover the design differences between each style.
THE SLIM FIT
The slim fit suit is the slenderest of all of our tailoring shapes and has been cut for an overall streamlined appearance. On the suit’s blazer the sleeves are slimmer while each arm hole is cut higher than on our other two suit blocks. The overall shape of the blazer is slimmed through the chest, body and shoulders while the suit’s trousers are cut narrow throughout.
THE MODERN FIT
Our modern fit suit sits between our classic and slim fit suits. On the suit’s blazer wide shoulders are offset by a nipped in waist, creating a modern silhouette. Meanwhile this suit’s trousers are cut loose through the thigh and are tapered at the hem for a gently slimming finish.
THE CLASSIC FIT
Our classic fit suit has been designed for an easy fit through the body but retains a clean finish. The suit’s blazer features wider shoulders and lapels which creates a balanced overall shape while a longer hem is flattering for wider body proportions. The classic fit suit’s trousers meanwhile are cut loosely through the thigh for comfort with a soft taper towards the hem which provides a slimming effect.
