As we open our doors in the UK from June 15th and begin to see a new normal take shape, we have put actions in place to welcome you back into select Reiss stores once again. We are also pleased to offer one-to-one virtual styling appointments with a member of the Reiss team if you cannot visit us in-store. Our focus is first and foremost on protecting your health and wellbeing as you shop with us. As such, we have implemented the following precautions in-store:
LIMITED NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS
We will be restricting the number of customers allowed in-store at any one time and will have clear social distancing markers in place.
PROTECTING YOU AND OUR STAFF
All of our store teams will be equipped with face masks and will use gloves when handling any cash or steaming clothing.
EXTRA PRECAUTIONS IN CHANGING ROOMS
We will provide optional disposable face covers to use when trying on items and have product sanitisation procedures in place. Our returns policy is extended to 60 days and we encourage customers to purchase and try on at home.
SANITISATION STATIONS IN ALL STORES
We are providing easy-to-use hand sanitising stations at every store entrance. A sanitisation process will be followed for all garments that are both tried on in-store and returned.
NEW CLEANING ROTATIONS
Frequently touched areas will be regularly disinfected including all surfaces and changing rooms.
EASY PAYMENT OPTIONS
Contactless payment is available in every store and all till areas will be sanitised after every use.
Product sanitisation includes thoroughly steaming the product immediately after a garment has been tried on whilst wearing disposable gloves to adequately sanitise. The product is then put in a plastic covering and held in a dedicated sanitisation zone in the stock room for 24 hours quarantine, before being released back onto the shop floor. For customer returns, the same sanitisation process is applied except product will be held in the sanitisation zone for 72 hours quarantine before being released back into stock.
While these adjustments may take some getting used to, our store staff are dedicated to ensuring that you still receive the same high standard of care and consideration you would expect from any in-store experience at Reiss. If you cannot make it to a store, we are also pleased to introduce virtual personal shopping appointments, more information below.

One-to-one virtual styling appointments are now available with a member of the Reiss team. This session will give you the chance to treat yourself from the comfort of your home, enjoying the same expert advice and tailored approach you would receive in store.
During the appointment, our experts will take you through the styling process from start to finish and answer any questions you may have so you can feel confident in your curated edit.
Book your 1 hour virtual appointment slot with a Reiss stylist via the personal shopping appointment form, selecting 'Virtual Shopping Appointment' from the Appointment Location dropdown menu.
Once your appointment is confirmed, your stylist will reach out to you to discuss any specific shopping requirements you have and learn more about your personal style.
Ahead of the appointment, our private personal shopping suite (located on the first floor of our Regent Street store) will be set up with a curated selection of products.
You will be shown your curated selection on camera and can interact with the stylist requesting extra styles or asking any questions throughout the session.
You can then finalise your curated edit of looks before purchasing. The items will then be sent to you via courier.
