There's a delicious Chandon-topped creation for every occasion so you can exercise your cocktail making skills and impress your guests throughout the season.

CARTIER POLO QUEENS CUP FINAL - 14TH JUNE

Kicking off summer event season in true British style, the Cartier cup final takes place on the 14th June at Guards Polo club. A light and refreshing cocktail like the Evita Spritz is easy to make and provides the perfect accompaniment to a day of spectating.

Recipe: 15ml elderflower cordial Chandon

Method: Pour the elderflower cordial into an ice-filled glass Top with Chandon Garnish with orange twist

ROYAL ASCOT - JUNE 16TH - 20TH JUNE

Arguably the most prestigious event in the racing calendar each summer, Royal Ascot is the perfect opportunity to pull out all the stops for a morning of aperitifs. The Bariloche is beautifully sweet to the taste and refreshing thanks to the lime and cucumber combination. Add a fancy garnish for impressive presentation.

Recipe: 30ml gin 12.5ml lime 12.5ml sugar syrup 2 slices cucumber 3 mint leaves 85ml Chandon

Method: Shake ingredients together and strain into a glass Garnish with cucumber twist or slice

WIMBLEDON - 29TH JUNE - 12TH JULY

What could better complement the traditional strawberries and ice-cream snack of Wimbledon than a fruity, Chandon-topped cocktail? The Patagonia Punch blends the fresh fruit with a touch of rhubarb cordial for a summery flavour that looks as good as it tastes.

Recipe: 2 strawberries 5 basil leaves 20ml rhubarb and strawberry cordial 15ml fresh lemon 30ml Belvedere vodka Chandon Rosé

Method: Muddle the fruit, shake and strain into a glass Garnish with half a strawberry

HENLEY REGATTA 1ST - 5TH JULY

If you're planning on taking a picnic down to the riverbank come Henley Regatta weekend, make The Gaucho your accompanying drink of choice. It's made using just a few ingredients so it can be easily created al fresco but feels significantly more special than a glass of sparkling wine.

Recipe: 1 white sugar cube 5ml Fernet Branca 125ml Chandon

Method: Place sugar cube into a chilled champagne glass Pour in Fernet Branca, then Chandon Garnish with orange twist

GOODWOOD REVIVAL - 11TH - 13TH SEPTEMBER

Rounding off our hitlist of summer events each year is Goodwood Revival. Taking place in mid September, it seems only appropriate that there's a slightly more warming feel to your cocktail of choice. The Ushuaia is ideal for such an event, and it's a real chance to put your practiced skills to the test.

Recipe: 40ml Aperol 10ml Aquavit 20ml lemon juice 20ml rhubarb syrup Pinch of pink salt Top with Chandon

Method: Shake and strain into a wine glass Garnish with a Rhubarb stick

For the syrup: 750g chopped rhubarb 1kg caster sugar 1 litre water

Method: Simmer over a medium heat until the rhubarb is soft Leave to cool and strain
