I'm terrible at eating my “five a day” so I prefer to have my fruit blended together in a juice instead. My favourite juice store is The Natural Kitchen on Marylebone High Street. I opt for a mint, lychee, strawberry and apple juice, it goes down in one slurp!

HOLBORN DINING ROOM
The Holborn Dining Room, is the most delicious British brasserie. The vibe is always great and the food is even better. It’s the perfect place to hang out for meetings or long overdue catch-ups. For those with a sweet tooth, I highly recommend the warm chocolate poached pear dessert. They also make a great raspberry and strawberry mojito, the best I've tasted as of yet.

THE HAM YARD HOTEL
For a place to stay, I highly recommend the Ham Yard Hotel, which is set in the bustling heart of Soho. The Ham Yard Hotel recently opened in June and is built in a spot which has been derelict since the 1950s. However, due to this hotel’s impeccable finish, it is no surprise that this location is no longer kept a secret. The hospitality, food and décor is flawless, you will have no complaints.

MAKE UP STORE
If I have time to spare, I love to get my make-up done before an event. As we all know mastering a smoky eye really isn't as easy as it looks. I go to the Make Up Store on Carnaby Street, where professional make-up artists work their magic. For a quick make over ask for Gerda Miller, she is my “go-to” make up girl.
