We're constantly inspired by how Reiss is seen through the eyes of others, so it made perfect sense for us to ask US-based menswear influencer Moti Ankari (Associate Fashion Editor at Bloomberg and founder of menswear blog, The Metro Man) to style Reiss AW14 for the party season. The results - as we're sure you'll agree - are as impeccably stylish as you'd expect. Read on to discover how Moti is preparing to party.

Today is the beginning of a New Year (for me at least) and although I'm a year older, I sure feel a whole lot the same. To celebrate my special day, I’m wearing my birthday suit – no, not that one.

Speaking of new beginnings, New Year’s Eve is right around the corner, and I'm getting ready to ring in the New Year dressed in Reiss.

This year I'm all about trying new things and there are several things that I'm giving a try for the first time. First, a velvet dinner jacket. That is correct, this is my first tuxedo-style jacket that I've added to my wardrobe, oh and good news fellas; I didn't have to get married to own it.

Secondly, I've never been fond of bow-ties, ever (sorry Brad Goreski) and I can assure you that you can't find an image of me wearing one on my blog - yet here I am embracing the accessory wholeheartedly.

With the New Year upon us (and the endless status updates with resolutions on Facebook) I thought giving the traditional bow-tie a try as my resolution. And again fellas, I didn't have to put a ring on any finger to rock this.
