One thing I love about fashion is how you can change your whole look and the way the outside world perceives you on a daily basis. Some say that at a certain point in a man’s life he should have found his style and stick with it, which in some ways I understand. However what I personally think is so great about fashion is that it’s a form of self-expression, and just like our mood it can change from one day to the next.

I’ll give you an example of what I mean. Our Menswear Director James came in to work on Tuesday in a three-piece suit, looking every bit the suave, sartorial gent. By Wednesday, he arrived looking just as stylish in a grungy plaid shirt and ripped jeans.

Some days I might reach for my beaten up leather jacket, while other days I might opt for my tailored overcoat. It’s all about how I’m feeling that day and how I choose to be represented. Would you listen to the same style of music day in and day out without variety? It’s variety that stops the world from being a very dull place.

Learn to be multifaceted – I guarantee you will love it. And so will all your other faces.
