Ultra-stylish Fashion-Meets-Art blogger, Maren Anita, holds a special place in her heart for Berlin. "Every year I visit the city more than three times and every time I get butterflies in my stomach", she explained to us. We caught up with Anita to find out her favourite places to eat drink, sleep, shop and see in Germany's vibrant and unique city.

Next to the Brandenburger Tor you will find a fantastic restaurant called Berlin Moscow. It's extremely stylish and serves wonderful food (Russian and German). It's not expensive either, which is always an added bonus.

Address: Unter den Linden 52

I really like the area around the Brandenburger Tor, it has such a buzzing atmosphere. You can see the Hotel Adlon, the TV Tower, etc. My favourite place there is the Tucher, which is next to the Brandenburger Tor. The food is great and so is the wine, making it one of my favourite places to drink in Berlin.

Address: Pariser Platz 6a

My all time favourite Hotel is the nhow Berlin. I really love the design (very pink), special and unique and the staff is so friendly. They also have an art gallery and it's not only a design-, also a music hotel.

One of my favourite places to visit when I'm in Berlin is KaDeWe (Kaufhaus des Westens). They have the biggest accessories department I have ever seen (and I was in Dubai before), they have brands like Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu, Céline... but also basic brands like Esprit, Levis, and so on. The reason I visit the KaDeWe is simple: The food court! For me, it's like paradise and the sweet things are to die for.

Address: Tauentzienstraße 21-24

Another thing I really like to see when I'm in Berlin is the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. Such a highlight! If you have the chance to visit this gorgeous event, you should definitely do it: Berlin is very creative and so different from all the other fashion weeks in Europe.
