Our New York contingent hung out in Central Park this weekend to soak up a bit of the jubilee atmosphere stateside. On Thursday, hundreds of New Yorkers and Big Apple Brits took part in 'The Great British Run'. The six kilometer race - with each kilometer representing a decade in Queen Elizabeth II's reign - saw runners donning red, white and blue and Royal family masks. With live music and a traditional tea party alongside flying Union Jacks, classic cars and retro telephone boxes, the sun came out and all things British were celebrated in the glory of the rather non-British weather. Happy Jubilee.
