Whether you’re hiring the Penthouse for an event, a celebration or just as a relaxing respite for yourself, it’s an indulgent treat that’s sure to deliver. We caught up with Sales and Marketing Manager, Sherrie Emery to find out what to expect.

 

What was the concept behind the Penthouse?

We wanted to create a space away from the treatment rooms where customers could book time rather than booking a specific treatment. Here, our customers get a completely bespoke experience and have a private space where they can decide which treatment or package they would like during their visit. At The House of ELEMIS, you buy time and create space. We make it personal.

How often do you check clients in to the Penthouse?

We check in 10 customers a week.

Who compiled the treatment menu?

Noella Gabriel is the Co-Founder and Creator of Therapies at ELEMIS, and she worked on the treatment menu for the Penthouse.

All the treatments I develop are designed to support great skin health; to respect that skin is alive. No two skins are the same. And no two bodies are the same shape. Every spa therapy is shaped and moulded around you. The treatments are personalised for a results-driven, couture experience.’

What is the most popular treatment?

Our most popular treatments are our BIOTEC facials and Peaceful Pregnancy Face and Body Experience.

If you were to recommend one treatment what would it be?

I would recommend the BIOTEC facial treatments, where ground-breaking technology meets active ingredients and transformative touch. What was the concept behind the House of ELEMIS?

We tried to combine the ambiance of Mayfair luxury, where the house is situated, with the young spirit and accessibility of contemporary brands. With the interior, we pushed the boundaries a little, incorporating artwork (Valeria Nascimento has created a bespoke piece especially for the Penthouse) and using imaginative merchandising and display ideas.

What makes the Penthouse experience special?

It’s a personal, luxurious experience and a completely private space. It features two treatment areas, including the revolutionary Amber and Quartz Crystal Bed, a sitting room and a private bathroom. Clients have complete privacy.

Our Spa Concierge will co-ordinate the client’s unique spa experience, whether it’s a post treatment hair appointment, door-to-door chauffeur service or a restaurant booking that the client requires. A dedicated ELEMIS Elite therapist will then create a tailored edit of face and body treatments to give real results and a powerful recharge.

Tell us more about the Amber and Quartz crystal bed.

Warm crystals mould and shape around your body helping to release muscle tension, detoxify and promote a deeper state of relaxation. It’s a revolutionary, minerally-charged experience of skin conditioning, metabolic balancing and energising wellness.
