What was the concept behind the Penthouse?
We wanted to create a space away from the treatment rooms where customers could book time rather than booking a specific treatment. Here, our customers get a completely bespoke experience and have a private space where they can decide which treatment or package they would like during their visit. At The House of ELEMIS, you buy time and create space. We make it personal.
How often do you check clients in to the Penthouse?
We check in 10 customers a week.
Who compiled the treatment menu?
Noella Gabriel is the Co-Founder and Creator of Therapies at ELEMIS, and she worked on the treatment menu for the Penthouse.
