Canalway Cavalcade 2013
If you're getting withdrawal symptoms from all the fun you had along the Thames last year at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, have no fear. The Canalway Cavalcade has taken place in Little Venice every year since 1983 and this year is set to be just as exciting as ever. The quintessentially British event sees around 130 boats moored along the stretch of canal between Blomfield Road, Warwick Avenue and Warwick Crescent. The occasion allows old friends to catch up as bands play, boat trips take place and stalls and refreshments are available for those who decide to say close to the land.
