1. Which is your favorite piece from your Reiss Fashion Week line-up and why?
I love the metallic knit because it will bring an element of fun to any look but it’s still effortless and easy to wear. I’ve teamed it with fluid trousers to work two of the season’s trends – metallic and wide-leg tailoring – into one look.
2. How do you make sure you stay true to your personal style throughout Fashion Month – do you have a signature look or piece?
I always add a piece that I think makes the look altogether more relaxed. A hat, for example, like the Reiss fedora that I chose, just gives a simple shirt and trouser combination a little extra edge. This season I’ll be working hats, chokers and sneakers into my outfits to keep things contemporary.
3. Staying organized must be a hard task. Do you have any tips on outfit planning / packing for the week?
I always plan my outfits before I pack and I take photos of each look on my phone. Then, I file them into a specific folder so I can flick through the pictures each morning and choose what to wear on the day.
4. Which seasonal trend do you expect to see most of on the streets of NYFW?
The slip dress is definitely one of the most prominent pieces on the street style scene at the moment so I expect to see a lot of that around – both worn solo and layered over simple T-shirts and slim-fitting roll-necks. Statement accessories always make for an eye-catching addition to any look and I’ve chosen some laser-cut heels from the Reiss collection to add detail to my looks.
