How would you describe your style for AW12?

Lux tech accessory focused complemented by high texture apparel and footwear.

What’s your inspiration behind this layered approach to styling accessories?

I suppose modern day business has a heavy influence on how I styled  this shoot. That look has both a strong point of view as well as being functional.

What’s your must-have accessory buy this season?

Ipad cases. My days are pretty hectic and I need to be dialed at all times. my phone and my ipad have become my mobil tools, so it’s an absolute necessity that they are protected as well as looking amazing. I must own a few dozen ipad cases.

Why did you select these Reiss accessories for your shoot?

I love Reiss and have always admired the creative team. I immediately saw the pieces I shot all sitting together and working as a system.

Who do you think rocks accessories well?

I love Virgil Abloh. His non-conventional approach with accessories is genius. In general, I believe that men’s wear prioritizes accessories in a different way than women’s wear would.

How will you adapt your style heading into the party season?

The typical approach would be to add shine or a bit more texture, as well as volume. I’m thinking I’ll actually go in the opposite direction and go more body con. I love lots of texture in nylon (stockings) and wool blends. Layered and blocked, 5^th Element x Wolford.
