COCKTAIL HOUR: THE DODD’S SNOG

You might remember our good friends at The London Distillery Company from our Gentleman’s Evening earlier in the season? Keeping us fuelled with potent Negroni cocktails all evening, it prompted a visit to the distillery itself a few weeks later.

Fast-forward a few months and we’re back together again for a festive partnership. This time, the lovely guys at TLDC and their equally-lovely neighbours at The Doodle Bar have created us our very own festive cocktail.

Apparently a whizz to whip up, read on to perfect your Dodd’s Snog this Christmas.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

25ml of Dodd’s gin

1 teaspoon of The London Honey Co. honey

1 egg

25ml double cream

50ml whole milk

1 drop of vanilla extract

HOW TO MAKE IT

Firstly, add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and give it a good shake.

Next, transfer the mix to a saucepan over a low heat and keep whisking (don’t stop!) until light and fluffy.

Then, thinly slice a festive red apple.

Place your apple slices on the side of your glasses, or in our case, cute teacups.

Finally, sprinkle a little cinnamon over the top to finish.
